Our versatile spaces are designed to cater to your unique needs, ensuring your event is both memorable and seamless.
Our spacious Main Hall, measuring approximately 17m x 9m, comfortably accommodates 150-200 guests, making it perfect for larger gatherings. For more intimate events, our Meeting Room, sized at 6m x 5m, provides a cozy setting for up to 20-25 people.
Pilling Village Hall also offers a fully licensed bar, stocked with a wide selection of draught beers, spirits, and soft drinks to keep your guests refreshed. Need catering? We can arrange access to our fully equipped catering kitchen, allowing you to serve up delicious meals with ease. Whatever the occasion, Pilling Village Hall is here to help you create an event to remember!

Whether you're planning a special event, meeting, or celebration, Pilling Village Hall offers versatile spaces to suit your needs. Here’s a quick overview of our session rates and options:
Our Spaces:

The Main Hall – £65 per session
Perfect for larger gatherings, parties, or community events. -
The Meeting Room – £35 per session
Ideal for smaller meetings, workshops, or intimate gatherings.
Session Times:

Morning: 7am - 12 noon

Afternoon: 12 noon - 6pm

Evening: 6pm - Midnight
Licensed Bar:

Available at £30 per session
If you'd like to include the bar service, please let us know what time you'd like it open when booking.
Booking Information:
We strive to make your experience as seamless as possible, but please keep in mind that our booking process is managed by dedicated volunteers who also work full-time jobs. If you don't get an immediate response when calling or emailing, rest assured we will get back to you as soon as we can.
To secure your date and time, please ensure your booking is confirmed by payment. Until payment is received, we cannot guarantee the reservation.
